We really want you to wear whatever you feel best in! Keep in mind the entire night will be outdoors. The reception will be under a covered barn. Portland is pretty mild in September (60-70 degrees), but it wouldn't hurt to bring a jacket as it gets chilly when the sun goes down! If you are looking for help with what to wear we got you.
